 Giving an accurate and thorough estimate takes time and attention ...which I no longer do for free. A quick ballpark idea of cost still takes my time and attention and can only be as thorough as the information I have available. Also as the size, complexity and location of a job effects its cost so will it effect the cost of the estimate . Run you project by me....Maybe $15 will be adequate...But all formal estimates will require a site visit and a Minimum of $75 for my time.
